I belive in commercial rights.

I download tv shows off of Gnutella and Edonkey, but on specific circumstances. When I can't watch them on TV and when I can't buy them on DVD.

Technically it's stealing, but I don't find it immoral to download something that I can't watch.

I will download movies, only once they are out of print, or for whatever reason not avaible. (I have 2 movies on my file server right now, both Japanese and subtitled, which I can't get here)

Basically I belive that if they won't provide it to me, and I'm not taking a physical product, then it's okay. When a show comes out on DVD finally I will delete it (Like I did with Stargate Season 7, it wasn't played here yet, but it was in the USA, I downloaded the files and kept them untill the DVD was released.)

I have never downloaded a book.

I have not downloaded music off of filesharing networks in a long time, I will to sample a song, or an artist, or for various reasons (someone talking about a song and I'm trying to figure it out). However I blew $30 on Itunes yesterday, I regularially buy CDs, and there isn't a single pirate song on my IPOD.

I do have pirate software, BUT I only do this in circumstances such as when something is severaly overpriced, and therefore not accesible to consumers.

I have a legitamte Windows XP licenses for all 3 of my PCs, I have a legitamte 2000 licsence on my parents PC. I have a Pirate copy of Macromedia Dreamweaver, becuase it's usefull to me, but overpriced, and if I had to pay I'd just do it by hand, so they aren't really loosing anything. I have paid for copies of winiso, alcohol 120%, undisker, cuteftp, and several other programs.
