change a diaper - check plan an invasion - poorly, but check (lots of SCA and paintball) butcher a hog - check conn a ship - I've sailed a catamaran and a sunfish; does that count? design a building - check write a sonnet - Music isn't a sonnet, I suppose... balance accounts - still having trouble with that one... <sigh> build a wall - check set a bone - I've done it for countless animals at the vet's office; how difficult can it be to set a human bone? ...check comfort the dying - check take orders - check give orders - check cooperate - check act alone - check solve equations - check analyze a new problem - not good at it, but... check pitch manure - god I hate doing it... check program a computer - check cook a tasty meal - one of my hobbies - check fight efficiently - still learning die gallantly - hopefully I'll have quite a while before I have that one checked off on my gravestone. ;-) Thanks for giving me that to look at and compare myself to!
