HA! I had more contact with people living in rural America than I do in the suburbs. Don't even bring up the big city.

. In rurual america I knew everyone for a ten mile radius and we got together as a group once or twice a week. Suburbs I know most of the people on my street and we get together twice a year. City life, I hardly even saw the next door neighbors.

My experiences are that rural environments build self-reliant individuals who are kind and self-sacrificing to a fault. Cities breed sheep.
