I get my network as well as 2-4 others depending on weather. All the nearby networks are locked. When I go into the city and turn on my laptop, the list has never contained less then 10 networks, I've seen probally 40 on the list once.

If I give it a couple minutes I'll have a net connection, without even doing anything. I have only not been able to pull a connection once, and then I just hooked up my cell phone and dialed out. Too expensive and too slow to do that regularly though.
