I just didn't want it to be rushed like it was. I knew subsidized housing had a long wait list. :( My roommate knew it too but he's impulsive, etc and this is what he wants now. So if it doesn't work out for him he's stuck later... he's in particular stuck later if things don't work for him as the landlords are raising rent once I move...
