Though it wasn't so much that he wanted the service for free, it was that he wanted the service and they wouldn't sell it to him.
American company, wouldn't sell to a Canadian, even if he was using a PO box as the address within the USA.
Is that immoral? Illegal yeah i'm sure, of course how can they prosecute Canadians for stealing an American service? Actually back then I remeber the RCMP getting in crap from a judge for seizing those boxes and chips. |
