Your in BC, our ISPS are softcapped with bandwidth, so unless you hugely abuse the connection, then your not hurting them, they are going to be charged nor are they going to have there connection cut becuase of your usage.
Assumption: You are the only one freeloading on their network. You found it, so others could as well. If enough of you hit it at once, your presence Will be felt. If enough of you hit it for minor bandwidth hits, the Total hit could be seriously huge.

Another assumption: The one who set up the wireless was the same one who opened it to the world. You have been around long enough to know that lusers in high places (presumably those Not in high places won't have the rights to do it) can, and do, do stupid things without consulting with their sysadmins.
