Hope it all works out well.. As an aside... check that public storage place on United Blvd (I haven't gotten around to using it myself). They had a deal on back in November, not sure if it's still available.... first month is $1.00. No limit on number of months that you use it. So... you could rent it for the first month and get your stuff out before the month is up, and total cost would be $1.00... something to think about, if it will make things easier)
