so i made chili last night....	by unjust	2005-01-27 10:44:51
and i like my chili hot. same old recipe, but for some reason a few of the hot peppers were VERY hot. the chili's fine(a little hotter than normal), but my thumb is actually blistered and still numb from the peppers. i had to soak it in lidocain to get to sleep it was burning so much. yes, i do occasionally wear gloves if i'm making a big batch, or dealing with unrelted foods, but this is amazing (kinda neat really).
