...your assumption that your convenience trumps their rights. It's not a matter of money spent or facilities utilized: it's about respecting the rights of other people, and not making assumptions about their intended purpose for their property.

It's likely that they will never know that you used their network, but that shouldn't matter -- you would know, and I'd hope that would be enough of a guide to one's conscience.
