Your not harming them, except if you abuse it (in which case i'd agree with you).

By leaving it insucre, I consider that explicitly clear. WAP's are easy to secure, there are step by step instructions included with most WAPs, and I'm sure the support line would help with that if someone couldn't figure it out. So were dealing with people's laziness.

If you left your car unlocked, and keys in the ignition, and someone sat in your car in the middle of the night, and listened to the radio, but didn't harm your car, or take it. Would the cops be willing to take the time to arrest the person? Heck that analogy isn't even true becuase they'd use up gas, with this there is no cost.
