...and my parents let me know of them years in advance. Graduate high school, you get some sort of skill (preferably from college, but trades are fine too), and we were on our own after we had finished school. NOT stay home and pay rent. Might've taken that option, given my craptacular salary. Then again, two alpha females (me and Mom) under the same roof... NOT good.
