If the person has made no attepmt to secure there networks its not important to them, and if you don't abuse the access (huge downloads, launch virii, attack there computers) then things are back to normal when you leave, and they won't even notice while you are there.

Your in BC, our ISPS are softcapped with bandwidth, so unless you hugely abuse the connection, then your not hurting them, they are going to be charged nor are they going to have there connection cut becuase of your usage.
