Some people have requested specifics on the weapons platform in the past. I recently came across this video (Real Player format) that has some of the top experts explaining and demonstrating the system.

Now before someone wets themselves over the Raufos round it is not available to civilians in the United States as it contains an explosive. Civilian .50 shooters either use ball ammunition (not accurate at all) or specially constructed match grade bullets designed for the 1000+ yard matches they partcipate in.
