but by leaving it open for anyone to connect to, then you allow anyone to connect.
as i said im not quite familiar with the hand-shaking, when i think about it, maybe there's no hand-shaking to make the connection (if it's not wepped).
but you still need to select an ip etc, maybe get it from an open dhcp server?
anyway, if someone intends for a not-public network, they should definately make it more "safe" than something windows laptops automatically connects to. ;) |
