Some time ago :

Them "You were disconnected from our dialup service for overusage, if you want an 'always on' connection you should sign up for BT Broadband"

me: "Ok, i'll sign up for BT Broadband please"

them : "You are outside our broadband capable areas, you should sign up for a BT Dialup account"
