As I've mentioned several times now, my main point is that the whole concept of 'property' and 'theft' relates to material objects, and simply does not parse for these things.
If someone sets up the slightest safeguard to prevent me from using the signal, or even just sets a sign like an SSID that says 'Keep out', then common decency says I leave it alone. But if not, then I assume it's like the porchlight, or the stereo, or a fountain for that matter. |
