A LOT. The jobs that require a smart person (forget education) are hard to get. Just because you are educated however doesn't make you immune to being violent or cruel. While at the Defense Language Institute, a place where you have to have a Top Secret Clearance and you have to have scored VERY high one 3 or 4 tests to get in, we saw some horrific idiots who were very well educated.
