If the answer to both is "No" then yes, it's hijacking. It's hijacking as much as someone walking into my building and plugging themselves into the network, even if it's just to get online.
Jesus H. Christ, you'd think that people would understand the concept of "Yours and mine" since it's taught in kindergarten, but noooo, the world is full of jackasses who are under the impression that they're entitled to other people's property.
Etiquette don't enter into it. If it's not yours, you ask permission before you use it, full stop. What part of that is so hard to understand? |
