large? Head size has forced the birth of human infants to occur way before the baby's "done cooking" which is why they're basically helpless for their first year of life. Compare to elephants (and whales) that gestate for *2* years.

And there isn't a big enough LART for the people who think that women with small pelvises should die in childbirth rather than have a c-section. Perhaps denying those people any life-saving surgery would be the proper punishment for them?
