...they have to learn it sometime. It might just as well be when they buy it. I don't see a problem with that. I know it took me a while to learn the difference between left and right mouse button and even longer before I could move it to where I wanted in less than five moves. Not to mention the concept of files and directories. And now I'm a developer. Learning takes time. No person is to blame for that no matter how annoying it is. (With the exception of when that person doesn't want to learn of course.)
