the "word" you're searching for is "distraughtly and head over heels in love". Unfortunately there is no general cure to this. The only advice I could offer is to distract yourself and try to be happy for her. And if you two really can manage to stay friends, it would be wonderful. I couldn't manage doing this with my former girlfriends. Probably you can.
