SQLServer/JDBC help... by foredeck 2005-01-27 01:40:48
Anyone got their thinking caps on today?

We're running an app in a clustered Jboss environment (2 Jboss processes accessing a single SQL Server DB via JDBC) and get the following strange error from Jboss when it tries to update the DB (The App can update the DB ok, this seems to be something internal to Jboss).

Anyone got an idea what's going wrong?

* Nested Exception (Underlying Cause) ---------------
java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC][SQLServer]FOR UPDATE cannot be specified on a READ ONLY cursor.
