hey guys. by sketcher2005-01-16 21:36:13
anyways, just thought i'd pop in by sketcher 2005-01-16 22:10:44
its been what, a year since i have been around?

update on sketchersaga5000, the air force didnt work out so well for me...
the stress fractures meant crutches for about 4 out of the 8 months that i was in basic.
i was kicked out on a uncharictarized discharge for medical reasons (they did let me have the national defense service medal. not the medal of honor, just the little medal that anyone can get for joining the service and completing basic- in a time of war (and since we are always fighting someone, the medals keep flowing))
after that, there was a really good depression. i felt like such a failure... i still do.
mom, dad, and i went to okinawa to visit my brother, that was pretty fun. i would have liked for the vacation to never end.
well, it did. i came back home and i got a job at the local county jail. its alright, i guess... i have seen some former neighbors, many former co-workers, and even more former classmates.
you really miss out on the best in man when you work in a jail.
*sigh*
i work the night shift- 7 pm to 7 am. its pretty bad for your social life... espesially if you dont have one.

after i came back from japan, a friend introduced me to my fiance.
as you can see, in the half year it has been, we like each other quite a lot.
we are both prone to getting quite down in the dumps... tonight is one of those nights- and its quite down and quite dumpy.
