publicity stunts by dennismv2005-01-16 19:55:49
walking past the group by dennismv 2005-01-16 20:35:33
oh ya, I said that walking past the group is relatively simple, but now I'm thinking that what if I walk past them, and they just won't care to notice me in the costume, or don't think much of it. I guess it's one of the risks I may be taking. However, still there are probably ways to make myself more visible. Maybe walk one way, then the other way. Or have one of the supporting helpers walk on the side of me with a video camera, headphones, microphone, as if I am a VIP of some sort and my presence is big news. Nevertheless, I don't want to attract too much attention to myself. For example, I'd prefer to avoid contact with hotel security in case they see me as suspicious. But then maybe I can use security for hype also. As long as they don't blow my cover, and I don't create too much trouble for them and myself

My outfit will definitely be visible to anyone -- I will be wearing a hood and long sleeves. So maybe just walking past the group will be enough.

I want to aim for confusion and questions like: did you see this ? , is that really him ? what the heck is that ? , etc
