| In part of the world, Christians are persecuted (the Islamic world, mostly since the Crusades when the Christians did their best to persecut; and then the Marxist worls of Russia and China). HOWEVER, Christians, world-wide, do most of the persecuting these days. As a Christian, the actions of the Southern Baptist Convention, in particular, and several of the other denominations, are shameful, disgusting, and demonstrate the denominations are no longers followers of Christ but ones who worship something about Christ... after all, Christ said people would know they followed him by their love for those around them, not their hate. |
