If I know I might be able to look it up for you. But usually what the alterations do is simply change single to double click(behave like windows I think the option is called) and keybindings(key/mouse combos). With fluxbox what it does is I change which button pops up right click menu(I can make it a left click menu if say I'm left handed for example), and change single/double click as well as what mousewheel does I think.
