The only thing on device change you might see is simply as yours is cordless. I believe mine is USB, but mine is corded. I don't know if the base that sends signal is regarded the same... If it was yours would be IMPS like mine. Oh and remember if your using gnome or kde to look in the control center as GUI mouse options should be in there. For fluxbox it's in a specific file in your /home/<userid>/.fluxbox directory
