It may say deleted but if you turn that option on it will say "<MODERATED>" instead and you can still see it. That's how I saw the animation as it was moderated before I got here. Posts are almost never truly deleted as that takes messing around in the database itself and only Kickstart can do that and he hates to and will only do so in very, very extreme cases.
