News from the ISP tech support desk by rogue1971 2005-01-16 11:30:28
French customer, dosen't speak a word of english, cannot even read english at all, but owns ENGLISH windows and installed our software in ENGLISH.
We have to SPELL everything and sometime describe icons in order to get him to where we needed, not to mentionn that he fought EVERY SINGLE STEP, took 15 minutes just to get him to read the brand name of the modem , ITS WRITTEN RIGHT ON IT!!!!!!!!
