Hi rogue, I missed your message yesterday. But there is this utility I used to use to access my NTFS partitions form non-Windows NT based system called NTFSDOS. The readonly version is freeware, and if you want a read-write version, you can buy it for a nominal fee. This may save you a lot of trouble. Try it: ntfsdos -Arjuna
