Is not good after doing it for a week. My sleep patterns went all haywire, screwing with my body. I had no desire to do anything, I was getting backaches, headaches from eye strain, sometimes foot pain when walking on the icy sidewalks. I thought it would be cool since I had my new wireless keyboard and mouse, but then realized it was a bad idea.
