10 being safe and sound emotionally and 1 being a nervous breakdown. I'm at about a 7.5 It will get better once 2 things happen. 1st He needs to be hom. 2nd their are no traces of what happened to him. Last night my emotional state was about a 2. I didn't let it show through. but that only because of my 2 other ones. I had to be strong for them and reassure them and myself that he was going to be OK.
