Pulled Staff Duty on Holidays that is. Eight years in the Army, I was deployed two Christmases, worked two others. Pulled Staff Duty on Thanksgiving twice, New Years once, Fourth of July once. True story...My first daughter was a scheduled C-section, so we knew when she was coming 6 weeks before hand. I still had to pull a 24 hour shift the day before. I got off work at 0700, surgery was scheduled for 0900. Geez.
