I have the duty of 'the family toast' some time after the best man gives his toast. I wish my grandfather were still here - he didi it much better. The toast is by The Poet. Not The Bard, The Poet - Robert Burns. Here's tae us Wha's like us Damn few, And they're a' deid Mair's the pity! That could be said for UFiedom as weil. Sae as ye sip on yer whisky taenicht; place a foot on the chair and one on the table: Say this toast for your fellow UFies - and just to freak out the mundanes, don't tell them why. Note: Don't put any weight on the foot that's on the table - it's a good way to fall over.
