First off, it is a simple comparison between height and mass.

You do understand that for two people, one half the size of the other, that the person twice the height should be 8 times the size if they have exactly the same proportions. That doesn't even account for the fact that some people are wider than others.

I'm only 5'10" and I have the shoulders of a man 6 or 7" taller than me.
