Probably 6 months. I'm going for the "lifestyle	by adiplomat	2004-12-30 15:47:01
modification" route, not dieting. I'm simply trying to eat less and move around a little more. No diet need apply. :+) I'm really hoping to very gradually lose another 50-60 pounds, and see how I feel then. It's likely to take 2-3 years at least, but I'm hoping it'll be permanent.
