also do reasonable at school and try to keep with it despite whatever happens to my living situation... /me situation: BCHousing owns 7,000 units 6,000 people are waiting to get in. Most those units are full. Very few non profits chose to stay seperate from BCHousing and they are pretty much full. Regular rents here average $715 for a 1 bedroom for rent alone... that is around 2/3 of my income and I'm raising a teen boy. Most of the rentals are also taken... basement suites are worse... Lets just say not good but at least I have 6 months. sigh
