change 2 3 and 4 to not phony (NP) not light (NL) and not heavy(NH) in your program it shouldnt make a huge difference but it will be easier to understand later.

From the outset all of the coins are potentially heavy AND potentially light. To eliminate them is to demonstrate that they are neither (by showing that they remain both). Confusing to say hence my suggestion.

if you can show that a coin is not light and not heavy it is easier to conclude the coin is not a phony (NP).
