of $35 million to save lives. If the USA and UK were serious about world peace and their own security they should divert a few thousand of the troops and ships currently occupying Iraq to help in the devastated areas. Medical corps,Engineers, ships with desalination plants would make a huge difference. And it wouldn't cost a cent since the troops are being paid anyway. Just pay them to help people instead of kill them.
