MS Word Question - Help!!! by grignr 2004-12-30 13:08:45
I am in charge of the Seniors Guide and Resource Directory for my region. It is a non-profit production, and as such it's all pretty much me, Microsoft Word, and a print deal with Office Depot.

Each page is 5.5"x8.5", so one-half of a standard 8.5"x11" sheet. Now, they want it to print so all they have to do is cut it once down the center, and fold the two piles together, which means the first page out will be page 1 and page 80. the next page printed will be 2 and 79 on one side, and 3 and 78 on the other side, and so forth.

How in the world do I set up my page to do this? If I change any formatting I'm going to mess up most of my work so far. It's already set at 5.5"x8.5" with a 0.25" margin all around and a 0.5" margin where the page will be bound.

If you don't know, could you direct me to a forum help site where I could repost this question? The Help files aren't much help.
