the code in the block must run once. If that is not the case, the while(){} is the prefered choice.

Also, putting the conditional and break inside the do{} while() instead of having the conditional on the while() is poor form IMO. The only reasons for using break in a while loop are if you Must have multiple exit conditions, or to handle error paths.
