But I think it's unfair to have the life_form_max_intel defined to something as low as 1. I'd like to see life_form_max_intel=inf... but all facts from real world points to something much lower...or? But then again, it would be sad if we already have reached our pinnacle. Maybe we need life_form_illegal_to_divide_after_level=15. It would be weird if humans could divide as cells do to create offspring. I don't think anyone would want that. But (last "but"), since it is genetic stuff and we want to let it run free, we should just skip all max values etc.
