SPYWARE HELP! by Empok Nor 2004-12-30 02:29:45
OK. I've run all my scanners, hijack this, AVG, Spybot, and ad-aware and they can't find it. It's something to do with some application that explorer downloaded and never even asked permission for (a bit odd since I never even use it and it has bugnosis installed.) any idea how to get rid of this thing?

there's a directiore on my computer in "C;\ Documents and settings\all users\application data" called "tons bike gram chin" and whatever it is I can't shut it down nor the process that it's running off. it's got some search bar installed in "ie" and a bunch of links and or programs on the desktop that don't show up anywhere in the file system they're for casino's webhosting travel and some other useless stuf.

can I fix it without having to reformat my hard drives or do I have to spend two more weeks reinstalling everything?
