Back then I searched for a suitable nick and found Procyon from starmaps. I used it for about half a year.
Then came this lasertag thing (called MegaZone) to our little town - and somebody had already the nick Procyon. One was too many for me and so I started searching again. This time it took longer time, but I finally arrived at Alcyone (from starmaps again).
Some half a year later I discovered that it was the name of a female god from Greek mythology. I liked the nick so much by that time, so I didn't change. There was a demo group called Halcyon, but that didn't bother me (two people have asked, if I was a member of Halcyon).
This time I won't change. I have already three e-mail addresses (one of which is for university, where almost everybody gets one based on their real name), two web addresses and countless member names. |
