Below are links to shelters in Maryland, if any of the no-kill ones are close take the cats there. If she cared one lick for the cats she would have been there taking care of them instead of dumping them on you. You don't have to toss her to the street but the cats must go, your own pet is being bothered by this. However, the cats can't be faulted for having a bad owner who didn't take the time to teach them proper manners so to speak. With a no-kill shelter they may yet have a chance to be socialized and find a home with someone who has the patience to correct their ways. Google Shelter Directory -DW
