And you'd think that would be a warning signal. But are gun sellers authorized to view confidential medical records? And wouldn't prescriptions fall under that category? And if they don't have access to those records, can they legally refuse to sell a shotgun based on violent behavior? These questions are not rhetorical as I do not know the answers. I can make assumptions about what the answers might be, but those assumptions are not fact.
