unjustly incarcerated... and folks wonder why I have a problem with the death penalty - you can't just give 'um the $25,000 per year and say "sorry" after you have murdered someone. State sanctioned, and usually of a person convicted of a heinous crime, but murder nonetheless. Did I mention that killing is wrong? Always wrong?
