Actually 2 things. One is pedalite though I think it has another name for adult version which you are old enough obviously to have. I just remember that other name. Anyways drink that or gateraide type drink. You need it if you are vomiting or sweating alot. While it may not totally stay down it may keep enough in you for long enough to absorb something. Next is zantac 75. It's ranitidine. It can have an anti spasmotic effect as well as I think acid reduction. I know this as I was on perscription ranitidine for many years until my IBS/GERD got so severe.(I forget which of the two things I was taking it for but it helped both) Other than that you can try drinking flat gingerale and eating/nibbling ginger cookies. Also put a hot water bottle on your tummy. If it persists more than 2-3 days see your doctor immediately because you may need a perscription to beat what you've got.
