just go to tools-color tools-curves, then select the red channel and grab the lower left corner of the curve and run it smartly to the top of the grid. Note that the black logo changes to a red logo. Do the same thing with the green channel and note that you now have a yellow logo on white background. Getting transparency depends partly on what format you'll be saving in, but is pretty trivial, anyway.
